Through the STRIVE© Training Program, CEC Energy aims to instill these essential values in our employees and promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment. We believe investing in our employees’ development and growth will lead to greater success for our company and our customers.

We take great pride in achieving certification as a Training and Assessment Center through NCCER.

Our training accreditation enables us to provide our employees with an exceptional apprenticeship program. This comprehensive program spans over 5 years, requiring our employees to complete a minimum of 2000 hours per year of on-the-job training.

As an assessment facility, we have the capacity to evaluate our craftsmen through both written and hands-on tests, leading to becoming journeyman certified. Additionally, we have the authority to certify individuals who possess journeyman level skills, even if they haven’t participated in our apprenticeship program.
