Chaden Lassoued is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of CEC. Mr. Lassoued’s 26 years of industry experience includes management, operations, sales, marketing and finance in Houston, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe. He is also a Senior Advisor to Bain & Company. Chad founded Kinetics Energy, a company backed by Natural Gas Partners and has advised Blue Wolf Capital Partners, Bain Capital and Blackstone on numerous transactions. Chad held the CEO role for Renegade Services. Prior to that he held numerous senior leadership roles at Schlumberger, the world’s leading supplier of technologies for characterizing, drilling, producing and processing reservoirs for the oil and gas sector. He has managed numerous major complex industrial projects and had several roles including President Well Intervention Segment, Vice President Corporate Strategy, Vice President Drilling and Measurements and Vice President Testing Services. Chad is also an Innovation Leadership and Global Cultural Awareness Advisor to the MIT Professional Program. Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Project Management from the National Engineering College of Tunis and Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

Mr. Sanchez joined CEC in 2012 after spending 20 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. John currently oversees Human Resources, Recruiting, IT, Purchasing and Asset Operations for the companies of CEC Energy Services. Mr. Sanchez adds over 29 years of combined experience in accounts payable and receivable, general accounting operations, safety operations, purchasing, warehousing, information systems, and human resources. He has previously held titles of director of administration, business operations manager, purchasing materials administrator, human resources manager, chief accountant and warehouse supervisor. Mr. Sanchez has a Bachelor of Behavioral Science Degree from Hardin-Simmons University and is designated a Certified Senior Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Sham Myatt is Chief Financial Officer for CEC. Prior to that he was CFO for Renegade Services. For 33 years Mr. Myatt worked at Myatt, Blume and Associates, LTD., L.L.P., CPA’s, the last several years as managing partner. While at the firm he served as contract CFO for companies in the banking and transportation industries. Mr. Myatt was board certified in 1990 by the Texas State Board of Accountancy and received his CPA in March of that same year. He is a member of the Texas State Board of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is state-certified for accounting and preparation of Medicaid Cost Reports. Sham is an active member of Levelland Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, the Levelland Economic Development Corporation and the Levelland Tax Incentive Foundation. He is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Hanah Watkins joined CEC in 2017 while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has worked her way through the company’s ranks holding the positions of accountant, and assistant controller. Mrs. Watkins briefly took a career-advancing position at Cheniere Energy before rejoining CEC in her current role as Manager of Finance. Mrs. Watkins oversees our day-to-day operations for accounting and finance, managing a department consisting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost analysis, and financial accounting. She also plays an integral part in maintaining our external financial relationships and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Watkins is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with degrees in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy.

Mr. Luke Barrera joined CEC Energy in early 2023 as Regional Operations Manager for South Texas and Houston. Luke’s portfolio of professional electrical work spans multiple markets and includes hands-on multi-disciplined services within the electrical construction industry. In his role at CEC Energy, Luke oversees the project teams and field crews responsible for delivering projects with value-added services in conformance with our STRIVE© values. As a master electrician licensed in multiple states combined with over 30 years of experience, Luke is an instrumental member of the management team and plays a crucial role in the company’s strategic growth and service line expansion initiatives.
Prior to joining CEC Energy, Mr. Barrera held positions of increasing responsibility with Rabalais I&E Constructors serving the Midcon, Gulf Coast, Permian, and Rocky Mountain regions.

Mr. Tumlinson joined CEC Corrosion Services in April 2015 as a Cathodic Protection Technician. He has over 21 years of cathodic protection, pipeline integrity and field services experience. During his career, he has designed and installed cathodic protection systems, performed annual surveys and leak detection surveys, DCVG, ACVG, PCM, depth of cover, AC mitigation and stray current testing. Trey has managed contractors performing construction, including recoats, test leads and deep well ground bed. He has worked for Copano Energy, LLC, Licorr/Stork Industries, EMS, CR Jones & Associates and Industrial Corrosion Services. He has maintained NACE CP2 Cathodic Protections Technician certification since 2011 and CP1 Cathodic Protection Tester since 2006.

Mr. O’Neill joined CEC in 2021 as the Regional Operations Manager for South Texas and The Gulf Coast. During his 40-year-plus career, Max has served in the oil and gas, mining and energy industries. Major projects have included refineries, chemical plants, mining facilities, drill ships, drill rigs, topside platform construction, offshore hookups, oil production facilities, piperack modules, process modules and power plants. In addition, he has performed capital project annuity work. Prior to joining CEC, Mr. O’Neill served as the Vice President of Electrical Operations for Bay Ltd. where he spent the last 29 years in the industrial EPC industry executing projects both domestically and globally. Max is a licensed Master Electrician in the States of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

As HSE Manager, Yancey is responsible for overseeing and enhancing our safety protocols, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards across all our operations. Yancey’s leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety and well-being within our company.
Yancey comes to us with over 21 years of experience with Oil & Gas upstream sites, Transmission, Solar and Battery Storage Construction projects, and his skills greatly contribute to our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and secure work environment for CEC.
Prior to joining CEC, Yancey held safety positions with MYR, Cupertino, MBI Energy Services and various private contractors throughout the states. He held the position of Regional Safety Manager, Safety Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator and more before joining the CEC team.
Yancey is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Authorized Trainer for OSHA ET&D, Construction and General Industry courses. He has an M.S. in Environmental Science Degrees from the University of Idaho.

Sandra is a seasoned trainer and system integrator with 29+ years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a BS in Engineering from Ohio State University, an MBA in Project Management from Capella University, and extensive PMP certification through the PMI Institute.
With 27 years of dedicated work with Vista by Viewpoint (formerly known as “Bidtek”), Sandrah has become an expert in various accounting software packages and is well-versed in leading implementations and data conversions. Her expertise extends to leading continuous improvement through ongoing training and maintaining customer relations that prioritize each customer’s unique needs.
Her specialization lies in training project management skills, with a focus on contract analysis, project scheduling, WIP understanding, billing, and change management. She has also completed additional training in systems administration, Timberline Estimating, crystal report writing, advanced job costing and estimating, marketing, construction scheduling, OSHA 10 Hours Construction Safety, sustainable building techniques, and more.
Furthermore, Sandrah holds certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the Chicago Chapter of USGBC. She is also a former member of the PMI Capital Area Chapter in TX and a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
