HR Director
Chloe Scott serves as Human Resources Director for CEC Energy, bringing nearly 12 years of dedication, leadership, and operational experience to the organization. Throughout her career with CEC, Chloe has played an integral role in supporting the company’s growth while building strong relationships across every level of the business.
She began her journey with CEC Corrosion Services in a marketing role, where she quickly expanded her responsibilities to include pipeline reporting, company events, sponsorships, and executive support. Working closely alongside company leadership during a period of significant company growth, Chloe became recognized for her versatility, strategic mindset, and ability to manage cross-functional operations with efficiency and professionalism. She later transitioned to work under former CEO Tony Coonrod, an experience that further shaped her leadership approach and reinforced the values of integrity, resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic that continues to guide her career today.
As CEC continued to evolve, Chloe transitioned into Human Resources, where she discovered her passion for employee development, leadership support, and organizational culture. Over the years, she advanced from HR Generalist to HR Manager and now serves as HR Director, overseeing the company’s human resources operations and strategic workforce initiatives.
In her role, Chloe leads efforts related to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, policy development, onboarding, training and development, and workforce planning. She works closely with executive leadership to support business objectives, strengthen company culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement HR strategies that promote employee engagement, retention, and long-term organizational success. Chloe also plays a key role in developing scalable processes and systems that support CEC Energy’s continued growth and operational excellence.
