Regional Director, Permian Operations

Scott St. Louis is an experienced electrical and operations leader with more than two decades in industrial construction, energy infrastructure, and complex electrical systems. As Regional Director of Permian Operations for CEC Energy Services, he oversees field operations, project execution, and regional growth while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and disciplined performance.

Scott began his electrical career in 2001 as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in industrial installation, construction practices, and workforce development. He is a Master Electrician licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Missouri, Virginia and Arkansas, and holds the nationally recognized NASCLA Master Electrician credential.

He joined CEC as QA/QC Director, where he revitalized the company’s quality program before transitioning into regional operations leadership. Prior to CEC, Scott held senior management roles with leading electrical contractors supporting major oil & gas companies. He has a proven track record of building strong teams, improving operational performance, and increasing project volume and revenue.

Outside of work, Scott is a devoted husband and father of two boys. He enjoys coaching his sons in baseball and golf and spends his free time on the golf course or hunting.
