Leandro Meleiro is a project delivery executive with 19 years of experience leading large capital projects across the energy, industrial, chemical, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. At CEC Energy Services, he leads Project Delivery strategy and execution, overseeing project management, project controls, preconstruction, scheduling, cost management, and client delivery performance across the company’s portfolio.

Leandro brings extensive experience in the United States and internationally, with projects across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Throughout his career, he has supported multi billion dollar developments involving energy transition technologies, renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), oil and gas infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and chemical and petrochemical facilities.

Prior to joining CEC, Leandro played a key role in expanding engineering and project delivery operations in the United States for an international engineering organization, helping develop the company’s engineering capabilities and project management structure for large and technically complex projects.

His expertise includes FEL, FEED, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), project execution planning, project controls, scheduling, construction integration, and owner’s engineering. He is also highly experienced in project management methodologies and governance frameworks, including PMI, PRINCE2, and industry best practices for capital project delivery.

Leandro holds an Engineering degree, an MBA in Project Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
