SCOTT ST. LOUIS

VP, Construction Management

Scott St. Louis is an experienced electrical and operations leader with more than two decades of experience in industrial construction, energy infrastructure, and complex electrical systems. As Vice President of Construction Management for CEC Energy Services, he owns the field execution, construction standards, electrical authority, and OMS governance across capital projects while promoting a culture built on discipline, integrity, ownership, and respect.

Scott began his electrical career in 2001 as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in industrial installation, construction practices, electrical systems, and workforce development. He is a Master Electrician licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Missouri, Virginia, Louisiana, and Arkansas, and holds the nationally recognized NASCLA Master Electrician credential.

He joined CEC as QA/QC Director, where he revitalized the company’s quality program before transitioning into regional operations leadership as Regional Director of Permian Operations. Prior to CEC, Scott held senior management roles with leading electrical contractors supporting major oil and gas, industrial, and infrastructure clients. He has a proven track record of building strong teams, improving operational performance, strengthening field execution, and increasing project volume and revenue.

Outside of work, Scott is a devoted husband and father of two boys. He enjoys coaching his sons in baseball and golf and spends his free time traveling with his family and on the golf course.
