Chief Financial Officer

Hanah Watkins is the Chief Financial Officer of CEC, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, corporate procurement, and information technology with a focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and fiscal integrity.
Hanah’s tenure at CEC reflects a career built on expertise and earned trust. She joined the organization in 2017 while completing her accounting degree, and steadily advanced through roles as Accountant, Assistant Controller, and Controller. She further strengthened her financial acumen through a role at Cheniere Energy before returning to CEC as Manager of Finance and ultimately stepping into her current position as CFO.
In her role, Hanah provides executive-level leadership across finance, procurement, and technology operations. She drives the development of financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks that position CEC for sustainable growth. Her financial oversight spans cash flow management, capital planning, and enterprise risk assessment, ensuring the organization’s resources are strategically aligned with its business objectives.
As the leader of CEC’s corporate procurement function, Hanah oversees vendor relationships, purchasing strategy, and supply chain integrity bringing the same rigor and discipline to procurement that she applies across all areas under her leadership. She also directs the company’s IT department, ensuring technology investments and infrastructure support organizational efficiency and long-term strategic goals.
Hanah additionally leads CEC’s audit processes, regulatory compliance, and external financial relationships. Her broad leadership across finance, procurement, and technology makes her a central force in CEC’s operational strength and strategic direction.
Hanah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
